RETURN POLICY

We always do our best to make sure you’re 100% happy with everything you purchase from I Like Apparel. However, unfortunately things do happen sometimes. Please read our Return Policy below, if you have any concerns with your item(s). If you meet the requirements, we may be able to process a return. 

Our Return Policy
  • Item must be returned within 28 days of purchase.
  • Item must be returned with Proof of Purchase – we send a receipt with your item(s)
  • Item must be in its original packaging – opening your item is fine, please make sure to re-tape and return in as good a condition as possible. 
  • Item must be unworn, unused and unwashed. All original labels must be intact and attached to product. 
  • We do not reimburse return shipping costs. These must be made by the customer returning the faulty product.
  • Refunds will only be processed once we have received the product, inspected and agreed that it does indeed qualify for a refund. 
What we do not accept returns for
  • Change of mind returns*
  • Any spelling, layout or design errors made by the customer
  • Delays in shipping and delivery of your item. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for more information. 

* A “change of mind” includes errors in purchase such as size, colour, style etc. Plus, items that don’t fit as expected or unwanted gifts. 

How long do I have to return an item?

All returns must be made within 28 days of purchase. Please ensure item is in its original packaging, with the receipt that we include with your item(s). 

Do I have to pay the return shipping fee?

All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer

How long will it take to refund my money?

We always aim to process your return as soon as we can, but it’s best to allow up to 30 days for this to happen, after you’ve returned your item(s) to us. If it’s been over 30 days and your refund still hasn’t been processed, please send us an email

Do you accept exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges.

What if the item I've purchased is faulty/damaged?

We only sell the best quality products, but if you feel as though your item(s) is/are damaged or faulty, please send us an email to discuss a solution.
